Relating Solar Storms, Aurora Borealis and Earth's Magnetosphere
Over the next year there will be a period of increased solar flares and solar storms and that will mean an increase in the chances of seeing Aurora Borealis. The closer you are to the poles the more likely you are too see this, but a period of solar activity in 1859 enabled people as far away as the Caribbean to see the Northern Lights.
