Wikileaks: Julian Assange's The World Tomorrow

During his year and half stint of house arrest (without any charges laid) Julian Assange has been preparing a News program that will debut on RT.com (Russia Today) and their Youtube page on April 17th.  The shows guests are being kept secret but in a press release they are said to be "the most interesting and controversial people alive in the world today," including "politicians, revolutionaries, intellectuals, artists and visionaries" to present a "revolutionary spirit."  Below Assange describes the show, how he managed to produce it while under arrest and why he chose RT.com to broadcast the show.  Having a show like this online is exactly why governments are trying to create laws and pass bill like SOPA, PIPA, and ACTA, to curb dissidence, stop free speech, and keep their dirty business secret.  It will be interesting what this show will uncover while giving Wikileaks a direct media outlet.  While most people have heard about Wikileaks only a small precentage how heard of what they have uncovered.

Pitchfork Media has just revealed that M.I.A. will be providing the music.
