Birdman Trailer
Micheal Keaton doesn't do enough movies so I'm pretty excited to see him in something dark and strange. This is edited together to seem like the movie is one continuous shot and the camera work is fantastic and fluid in this trailer.

The Zero Theorem Trailer
Director Terry Gilliam (Brazil, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, 12 Monkeys, and the Monty Python films) returns with another mindbender starring the always great Christopher Waltz. The worlds this man is able to construct with a limited budget, for Hollywood standards, are always engrossing and captivating. He is a truly unique voice and a visionary; his films alway have as much style as they do substance and story, which is also unique in the modern era of film.

Documentary Trailer MIDWAY: Message From the Gyre
The trailer for the short film documentary Midway: Message From the Gyre shot by Seattle based photographer Chris Jordan shot this film over multiple visits to the Midway Atollo, an island isolated in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It shows the plight of the Albatross and how they are dying off due to the consumption of plastic. Midway Atollo, although in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and fairly isolated from human development (the population is about 60 people and just over 300 visited last year) the negative environmental impact from humans is heavily felt with the Island being located in the North Pacific Garbage Patch or "Garbage Island." Nearly half the size of Australia this collection of half submerged plastic is collected in the middle of the ocean by the swirling currents of the Pacific. Click here for more information. Chris Jordan is currently looking for money to complete this film and for distribution but says it will be released in 2014.

Under the Skin Trailers

Jonathan Glazers Under the Skin stars Scarlett Johansson as an alien in Scotland who picks up hitchhikers. The trailers are beautifully cut giving away nothing of the story but loaded with incredibly haunting visuals.
Jonathan Glazer is responsible for creating my favorite music video Rabbit in Your Headlights by Uncle featuring Radiohead. He is also the man behind a few of Radioheads' other famous music videos which I have posted links to below.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Trailer
The new nearly 4 minute trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The last one, the reboot without Tobey Maguire was alright, as huge a plus it didn't have Maguire or Kirsten Dunst. It was pretty boring just retelling the origin story and featuring a villain that was unimpressive and computer generated. The casing was fantastic though and the actors all were perfectly cast and did admirable jobs capturing the characters of their comic counterparts. With the origin story out of the way and a story that will not rehash what we have seen before The Amazing Spider-Man looks like it could actually be amazing from what is shown in this trailer. Hopefully they don't go too dark and depressing, which is a trend with these sorts of movies at the moment, thanks to Christopher Nolan and his Batman trilogy (which was the right tone for Batman (but still possibly less so)) and keep it very humorous and fun. They are setting up for a lot of villains (The Sinister Six) and a few different Spider-Man spin-off movies as well which will be coming in the next few years. This trailer is amazing and I look forward to the movie even more so now.

Godzilla Trailer
Once again America is trying to remake Godzilla by spending a lot of money and investing in a lot of destruction that is now the weekly regular in the cinemas nowadays. Somehow this looks like it could be different, and worthwhile. The cinematography and atmosphere as well as a good cast could elevate this over the standard billion dollar apocalyptic blockbuster. The sheer size of the monster, concealed reveal of the giant lizard and use to smoke and atmospherics as well as the lack of explosions in this trailer make this one of the best subtle disaster film trailers. Even if the movie sucks, we have this trailer.

Disney's Warplanes Trailer
A parody trailer for a movie that Disney and Pixar should make instead of more Cars movies.

Grand Budapest Hotel Trailer
The trailer for the new Wes Anderson film (Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenembaums, The Life Aquatic, The Darjeeling Limited, Fantastic Mr. Fox, & Moonrise Kingdom). I love all things Wes Anderson but this trailer has me more excited then I have ever been before a release on one of his films. This looks a little more stylized, frantic, and funny then his past movies, while assembling his grandest cast with many of his alumna returning to his world.

Oblivion Trailer
A trailer for Joseph Kosinski follow up to Tron Legacy, Oblivion takes place on a very slickly designed post apocalyptic Earth. Hopefully he has a better script to work with then Tron and can bring life and charisma to his well crafted world.

Man of Steel Trailer
I really like this trailer and like the way this Superman movie is heading even though the trailer does not give much of the plot away.

Stream The Man in the Iron Fists Soundtrack
RZA has essembled an all-star soundtrack for his first foray into directing, the kung-fu epic The Man with the Iron Fists. It is a surprisingly strong soundtrack featuring the likes of Kanye West, the Wu-Tang Clan, Talib Kweli, Ghostface Killah, Pusha T, Raekwon, Pharoahe Monch, and RZA himself, who along with producing the soundtrack and MCing, directing the film, also stars as the title character in the film. Ghostface sounds especially fierce here, invigorated and pissed off, and in a few months time he will release a new album with RZA also serving as Executive Producer so after a few weaker albums its exciting to think we may have another Ghostface classic in front of us. Below is the red band trailer.

Lincoln TV Trailer
Tragically this played last night while Obama and Romney pretended to represent something different from one another, while pandering to the sheeple with lies and talk of how they will improve the economy while they both plan on continuing to expand the military around the world and police forces at home, guaranteeing a future of chaos and terrorism for all people around the world no matter what the country. There will never be another man like Lincoln but luckily he and the founding father's have left the constitution behind as their legacy in which the people of the US can lawfully take back their country and secure a prosperous future for all man kind by eliminating the military industrial complex and jailing and outlawing the banksters and the corruption enabled by the fractal reserve banking system.
NSFW: Movie 43 Trailer
I don't know what the fuck is going on here but it looks like it will be funny if not completely stupid.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Trailer
This trailer is a lot better then the first one. It appears that this movie will be a little brighter and a more lighthearted affair then the Lord of the Rings movies, as it should be. A few weeks ago the studio announced that instead of two movies that this will now be a trilogy, one each Christmas for the next two years and then the conclusion six months later, in the middle of summer. Currently I am reading this book, after many failed attempts, again and I am really looking forward to seeing this on the big screen (especially the last chapter).

Lawless Red Band Trailer
The R rated trailer for this movie makes it look even better then the first one. So many good actors here but Guy Pierce looks like he is going to be bad as fuck.
